RETURN POLICY

At Dermafreeze, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

To return a product, please contact our customer service team at admin@derma-freeze.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.

Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund or exchange and notify you via email. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
